The suppler for our pen wrote us. We were actively developing the "hollowed out pen" both the design and the finish as you can see from this picture. It did not conclude yet - just because we didn't conclude does not mean you have the rights to it. That is a basic breech of trust.
Also the base design using the fisher pen was our original design. Hundreds of emails took place to design around that ink cartridge. Even how the clip was integrated into the pen top. All of that carried over to this "hollow pen" which is simply a derivative of the original and exclusive design developed between 4sevens and this supplier. Without the hollowing out this pen is the exact copy of the pen that we have been selling since 2012.
How is that an example of "respecting intellectual property?"
