If any purchase fails to meet your complete satisfaction, for any reason, you may return it or exchange it within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Product must show no signs of damage or abuse. See below for return instructions on returning a product for a refund.

Return a product for repair or replacement
To return a SureFire product for repair or replacement, you must first fill out our Product Problem form. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Return a product for a refund
To return a product for a refund, call our Customer Service Department at 800-828-8809 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Refund Terms — Product must have been bought within the last 30 days and show no signs of damage or abuse. You will receive a credit via your original method of payment. Monetary refunds and/or product exchange will only be granted on items purchased directly from SureFire. After we receive your item, please allow 10 - 14 business days for processing and issuance of credit. Please note that we can only refund shipping costs for an error on our part. If you used a promotional code to pay for any part of any item you are returning, you will receive a credit refund for only the amount charged to your card.

THE SUREFIRE NO-HASSLE PROMISE
We’ll do what it takes to keep your SureFire gear running smoothly.
SureFire warrants that if you—our customer—purchase one of our products, and we determine that it is defective in material and/or workmanship during your lifetime, we will repair or replace it for free or refund your money—no hassle! There are just a few exceptions noted below.
Electronics, rechargeable batteries, and chargers are warranted for two years from the date of purchase. SureFire hearing-protection products are warranted for 90 days from the date of purchase. Our warranty does not cover consumables or normal wear-and-tear, or damage resulting from abuse, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or use contrary to SureFire’s user manuals.
To help protect your investment SureFire offers reasonable rates to repair damage to our products not covered by our warranty, such as a core rebuild for a suppressor damaged by improper use. You will be provided with a quote for approval before work begins.
