阻燃測試
Flame Retardant Test



用酒精燈火苗點燃充電器後,離開火源觀察充電器會否繼續燃燒。
Ignite the charger to test the charger’s ability to cease burning once the fire source is removed.

奈特科爾:
當火源離開後,充電器馬上停止燃燒
It ceases burning once the fire is removed.
對比產品:
當火源離開後,充電器仍然在燃燒。
It still keeps burning after the fire is removed.

實驗結果:
通過-NITECORE奈特科爾的充電器外殼為阻燃材料,當離開火源後,火苗會熄滅不會繼續燃燒。順利通過阻燃測試。

失敗-對比產品沒有採取阻燃材料,離開火源後,火苗會越來越旺,繼續燃燒。最後只能用滅火器來滅火處理,沒有通過阻燃測試。
Test Result:
PASS: The NITECORE charger uses flame retardant material.
FAIL: The compared charger doesn’t use flame retardant material.

高溫測試
High Temperature Test



把烘箱加溫至140攝氏度,將充電器放進實驗儀中3小時,觀察其有沒有變形。
Test procedure:
Heat the air oven to 140℃. Put the charger into the air oven for 3 hours, and observe whether if the charger is distorted.

奈特科爾:
NITECORE奈特科爾的充電器經過3小時的高溫測試後外殼仍保持完好。
The outer case of NITECORE charger remains well after3 hours of high temperature test.

對比產品:
對比的產品很快就出現軟化的情況,3小時候外殼完全軟化。
The outer case of compared charger has melted after3 hours of high temperature test.

實驗結果:
通過-NITECORE的充電器經過3小時的高溫測試後外殼仍保持完好。通過高溫測試。
失敗-對比產品很快就出現軟化的情況,3小時候外殼完全軟化。沒有通過高溫測試。
Test Result:
PASS: The NITECORE charger remains well after 3 hours.
FAIL: The compared charger has been softened after 3 hours.

絕緣性能測試
Dielectric withstand test



在高壓輸入側與低壓輸出側加上3750V電壓,通電3秒,若漏電電流少於5mA,則被測產品的絕緣性能符合標準。
Use a high voltage tester to apply 3750V to the charger for 3 seconds via connecting the input terminal and the output terminal of the charger, then monitor if the leakage current is below 5mA.

奈特科爾:
通過-通電持續5秒,通過測試。
對比產品:
失敗-通電0.2秒擊穿,不通過測試。
PASS: NITECORE charger has passed the test.
FAIL: The compared charger has failed the test in 0.2 seconds.
